The machine adopts human-computer interface to control the whole working procedures, auto-loading, auto blowing, auto dropping. Action cylinders are all assembled with magnetic induction switches. Connect with PLC to control every step and test every cylinder. Next action will continue after the former step done, If former step is not finished, alarm automatically and do not work. PLC displays problem position.

For water bottles, the output can reach 1800 bottles/hour/cavity. The heating/bottle blowing double cycle operates independently, and the mold clamping, sealing, and bottom mold movements are completely synchronized.
● Low energy consumption
The use of the electric system can significantly reduce the low-pressure air consumption. The patented design of the variable center distance system makes the oven length more than 55% shorter than the fixed center distance system, and the energy saving effect is obvious.
● Excellent blowing effect
High-efficiency clamping system ensures a perfect and trace-free bottle clamping line. Precise bidirectional axial uniform heating ensures uniform thickness of the bottle body and achieves the purpose of lightweight bottle blowing.
