● Specially designed toggle balanced mold locking mechanism. Using the High-pressure die locking, force bearing point is settled on the upper side of the center of mold plate. This high clamping force ensures the uniformity of the stress. Applying Servo valve Position transducer which shortens empty circle time, increases the output, lowers energy consumption and improve the stability.
● Imported linear guide rail has the function of loading from four directions and the automatic adjustment of the center of gravity which can decrease the assembly error of the mounting surface. Also, it is characteristic of high speed, high load, high rigidity and high precision which allows to reduce the resistance of the movement. The faster mold base moves the more products produce.
